The Time Is Near
When we are near to the end of our journey, we prepare to cross the bridge that leads us to eternal sleep. A drawer/bed was metaphorically revealed to conduct the cremation ceremony. The captured scene is more meditative than the actual ritual. With an old black shoe, I add my own twist, memory, trauma, and anxiety of death.
